The investment grade caliber investments in NNN properties such as we offer are normally available for ownership only to large investors, REITs and other major institutions. But the co-ownership structure of our investments makes these properties available to individual buyers through Co-Ownership.
Acting as a real estate principal, we offer a group of buyers, who are represented by licensed professionals, a property for their approval to buy as co-owners. There may be up to 35 co-owners involved, each of whom holds an undivided interest and title to the property. Each co-owner has voting rights on all major issues. You get to have your say as to how the property is run.
Each property is administered by an experienced third-party asset and property management firm, for the benefit of the co-owners. This provides two advantages: First, the co-owners do not have to become involved in day-to-day management of the property. And second, because of the quality of the management firm, you can rest assured that your investment is being properly cared for and directed, for maximum appreciation and profit.
